Anchovies are spread out evenly on the old fishing net.

Dried anchovies are collected into the plastic basket.

A bamboo rake is used to flip over the anchovies to ensure the anchovies are fully dried.

The fishing net will be lowered in a round shape to pinch a school of anchovies in the middle.

A landing net is used to transfer the anchovies from fishing net to a big tank on the boat.

The fresh anchovies are boiled immediately after they are transferred to the boat.

A buoy paddle is used to hit the sorting machine in order to remove the stuck anchovies in between the nets.

The plastic basket is changed after it is fully filled with anchovies.

The anchovies are sorted manually based on their species.
Sieving
A bamboo tray is used to sort out the broken pieces of anchovies
Loose Packing
The anchovies are weighted into individual packets of 0.5 kg and seal them using a sealing machine.
A study on the finer handheld tools and operational tools is captured in the other S detail. Tools form the mundane to the advance control are all part and parcel of an Anchovy fishery operation.
